This is my second post since the blog was created...

Today we went to Causeway point and Woodlands Library. As usualy we borrowed books for the kids and Janice found free gifts will be given if four books are borrowed. The gigt set a stationery bettle, pencil and a "something".

I went to take a look at HDTV (shameful enough I have never seriously seen a HDTV until today although I am majoring and studied it as early as 2003), NONE is impressive as there are still a lot of jagged edges on the images.

I am there in Courts and a hifi shop Stereo to hunt for set top DAB radio (smart radio - http://www.smartradio.sg) and an A/V receiver. No set top DAB radio tuner but saw a few A/V receiver set - none can be compared to my decent Technics at home.

Monday is Janice's birthday, we wanted to buy a watch but the guy in the watch shop is busy talking on the phone about hourse racing...rather then serving customers. So all customers come in and go out as if we are looking at exhibits in an exhibition.

We had KFC meals for dinner - guess what, I think this is the smallest meal set in Singapore...

And before I go to bed I have problems connecting to SingNet's newsgroup. After waiting for 10 mins on the phone, a tech support greeted me and I told him I couldn't connect to the news server. He told me he do not know what is a news server and he believes the server is not from SingNet..... funny..... news2.singnet.com.sg server does not belong to SingNet? May be he is too young to know that there are newsgroups in the world.....
